Terms and Conditions

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the GTA 6 Roleplay website, Discord server, or in-game roleplay server (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and by our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least sixteen years old to use the Service. By creating an account or applying to the whitelist you represent that you meet this requirement and that the information you provide is accurate and complete.

3. Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access. We may suspend or terminate accounts that are shared, sold, or used to evade prior moderation action.

4. Conduct Rules

You agree that you will not:

• Harass, threaten, dox, or discriminate against any other member based on race, gender, sexuality, religion, disability, or any other protected characteristic.
• Use cheats, exploits, modified clients, macros, or any automated tools that provide an unfair advantage.
• Engage in real-money trading of in-game assets, accounts, or whitelist access.
• Post or transmit content that is unlawful, sexual involving minors, gratuitously violent, or that infringes the rights of others.
• Impersonate staff or other members, or misrepresent your affiliation with the Service.
• Disrupt the Service, including denial-of-service attempts, spam, or attempts to access non-public systems.

5. Roleplay Standards

The Service is a serious roleplay community. You agree to maintain character, avoid behavior commonly known as "fail roleplay" or "RDM/VDM", and follow the published server rules and lore guidelines. Detailed in-game rules are maintained separately and are incorporated into these Terms by reference.

6. User Content

You retain ownership of the characters, stories, and creative content you produce on the Service. By submitting content you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, display, reproduce, and create derivative works of that content for the limited purpose of operating, moderating, and promoting the Service. You represent that you have all rights necessary to grant this license.

7. Donations and Cosmetic Purchases

Any donations or purchases through the Service are made in support of community operations and grant only cosmetic or quality-of-life perks as described at the point of sale. They do not create an ownership interest in the Service and do not guarantee continued access. Refunds are issued at our sole discretion, except where required by applicable law.

8. Third-Party Intellectual Property

GTA 6 Roleplay is an unofficial, fan-operated community. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Take-Two Interactive, Rockstar Games, or any of their subsidiaries. All trademarks and copyrights related to Grand Theft Auto belong to their respective owners. Players are responsible for ensuring they own a legitimate copy of any underlying game required to connect to the Service.

9. Suspension and Termination

We may suspend, restrict, or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without notice, for any breach of these Terms, the server rules, or any conduct we determine in good faith is harmful to the community. You may stop using the Service at any time.

10. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, GTA 6 Roleplay and its staff will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses arising out of your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the greater of one hundred United States dollars (USD $100) or the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless GTA 6 Roleplay and its staff from any claims, losses, liabilities, damages, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of your use of the Service, your user content, or your breach of these Terms.

13. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service will be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Delaware, and you consent to personal jurisdiction in those courts.

14. Changes to These Terms

We may modify these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced on the website and take effect on the date specified in the notice. Your continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
