Modern Slavery Statement
Last updated: June 30, 2026
1. Introduction
GTA 6 Roleplay is committed to acting ethically and with integrity in all of our operations and to implementing effective systems and controls to ensure that modern slavery and human trafficking are not taking place anywhere in our activities or supply chain. This statement is made on a voluntary basis and reflects our zero-tolerance approach to all forms of modern slavery, including forced labour, debt bondage, child labour, and human trafficking.
2. Our Organization
GTA 6 Roleplay operates an online roleplay gaming community and the associated website. We are a small, community-driven organization. Our team is composed primarily of volunteer moderators and a small number of contracted contributors who provide development, design, and infrastructure services.
3. Our Supply Chain
Our supply chain is limited and primarily digital. It includes cloud and game-server hosting providers, payment processors, communication platforms, software vendors, and freelance contractors. We do not procure physical goods at scale and we do not manufacture products.
4. Policies
The following internal policies underpin our approach:
- Code of Conduct: all staff, volunteers, and contractors are required to act lawfully and ethically.
- Whistleblowing: anyone may report concerns about wrongdoing, including suspected modern slavery, in confidence to chris@gta6-roleplay.net.
- Recruitment: we verify the identity and right to work of any paid contributor and pay at or above legally required minimums in the contributor's jurisdiction.
- Supplier selection: we prefer suppliers that publish their own modern slavery, human rights, or responsible-sourcing policies.
5. Due Diligence
Before engaging any new contractor or material supplier we assess the risk of modern slavery in that relationship, including the jurisdiction of operation, the nature of the work, and the supplier's public commitments. We reserve the right to terminate any relationship where credible evidence of modern slavery emerges and the supplier fails to remediate.
6. Risk Assessment
We consider the overall risk of modern slavery within our operations to be low, given the digital and remote nature of our work and the small number of paid contributors. We recognize that risk is never zero and we continue to monitor our supply chain, particularly any hardware procurement and any expansion into jurisdictions identified as higher risk by recognized indices such as the Global Slavery Index.
7. Training and Awareness
Staff members with responsibility for procurement and recruitment receive guidance on identifying the indicators of modern slavery and on the escalation process if concerns arise. Awareness materials are shared with all volunteers as part of onboarding.
8. Reporting Concerns
Any person who suspects that modern slavery or human trafficking is taking place in connection with our organization, our staff, or our suppliers is encouraged to report the matter immediately by emailing chris@gta6-roleplay.net. Reports may be made anonymously and will be investigated without retaliation against the reporter.
9. Review
This statement is reviewed and, where necessary, updated annually. It has been approved by the leadership of GTA 6 Roleplay.
